As usual the Hazelwood Police Department goes above and beyond the call of duty. From business that's been in Hazelwood 48 years!!

At a time when hatred and distrust of police is at a all time high, This video really made me smile..gives me hope that someday we will all just let our hair down and have some damn FUN!! This was hilarious.... I enjoyed it. (Ferguson frontline protester).

ALL TICKETS WRITTEN BY A POLICE OFFICER ARE UNLAWFUL & UNCONSTITUTIONAL !! All tickets/citations, traffic and non-traffic, that have date and time to appear in court and are written or printed by the police officers own accord, are a complete “Violation” of the “Separation of Powers Act “ thus the summons and complaint (ticket) are “INVALID“. Separation of Powers Act ; When the issuing (ticketing) police officer gives you a ticket/citation and shows and or tells you the date too appear in court, the police officer is in violation of the separation of powers act. The police officer powers (authority) is from the executive branch of government, the police officer has no judicial powers to create the instrument for a court date & summons for anyone to come into court, only the government judicial branch officer, aka (judge and or head clerk) of that court has the authority (powers) to create the instrument (summons) to bring you into court, (ticket/citation = summons & complaint) thus in reality you never received a proper lawful summons or even a proper lawful complaint because a judicial officer hand written signature is needed on both the summons & complaint to be valid. CASE DISMISSED
