Nigel Nicolson on Virgina Woolf's writing stye:"she was attempting to describe people's relationships, not in the way that they talk to each other or behave to each other, but what they didn't say to each other, what was in their minds." (Critic's reference for Mrs Dalloway essay)

I think he has an affected lisp. Nevertheless, best short account of Napoleon 1812.

Louise DeSalvo ? There seems to be a great effort to talk around what Virginia suffered in her youth, at home. And even Roger Poole champions the accuracy of DeSalvo's account.

Studies have found that most part of the molested and sexual abuse children suffer from psychological symptoms. mental health problems, lack of control over their emotions. His brother molested her and her father was very demanding. She needed to be loved and protected.

I want a tweed jacket like his, and a cool pipe. I can then write my memoirs.

I'm glad it's not just me who's horrid when my depression gets too much; no-one tells you these things when you're diagnosed. I can be such a bitch! Sadly, I don't get the highs as I'm not 'manically' depressed.

Actually writing standing up is now the thing. Rather than frightened I'd say enlightened.
