Your Vietnamese is so bad that could lead to misunderstanding when you interact with the locals . It happens a lot of times with many foreigners here . For your own safety and other's , never ever try to drive a Cyclo in crazy busy streets of Saigon or any other cities in VN . You and the Cyclo guy could be arrested and have to pay a heavy fine and his vehicle impounded by the police . You would give him more troubles than helping him .

I never had any trouble because of my Vietnamese speaking skills. I always talk when I have a chance and will always talk. If there is a tricycle, it means it’s ok to use it. I always look positive to many things. You can try it as well. 😁
