This is Why I Keep Coming Back To Vietnam!
In this video I came back to Saigon and my mission was to find the best noodle soup. And of course on the way I had to try some other delicious dishes. For every seller I gave 100k Vietnamese Dongs. It might not sound a lot but I think these sellers appreciated a lot.

You know, in vietnam, there are many restaurants which advertise as CHAY, not cháy, chay no marking on the work chay, meaning vegetarian food. No meat. Strictly vegetarian. Most of these restaurants are run by niko, or Buddhist nuns. They have a price per plate but if you are poor, down on your luck, homeless... you don't have to pay. I would like to donate more to these types of restaurants since you will help to feed more people. That is just me though. Not a whole lot of foreign travelers know this about vietnam. They are usually located near hospitals since many poor people go to the hospital and don't have money for meals. Normally hospitals in vietnam don't provide meals.
