Ingredients for Anko
: 300g azuki beans
: 250g sugar
Ingredients for making custard cream
: 1 egg yolk
: 40g sugar
: 100ml milk(warmed)
: 1 tbsp flour
: Vanilla extract or honey to taste
Ingredients for dough
: 250g flour
: 1 egg
: 250ml milk
: 40g sugar
: 1 tsp baking powder

I tried this recipe Runny! But without the custard because I'm on a diet. :) it's great for meal or healthy snack! I'm just helplessly addicted to your videos now.
