Yes. This Style is Chow Gar and was very popular in Vietnam during 70s -1993. Before 70s In Vietnam Futsan was popular. After 93 Hoksan style slowly replaced. Many Vietnamese teams are doing This Chowgar ( Châu Gia ) on the side. Chow Gar means Chow's Family was found by Chow Long. While in Singapore the popular style Fut Hok (Futsan + Hoksan) mistaken for Hoksan was founded by Kan Chow's Club 1960 by people from Futsan and Hoksan combined and created the first Liondance competition on the Poles in 1993 in Singapore.
