Nice video! I remember watching this when I was 4! This railroad almost reminds me of the Huron and Eastern railroad in mid Michigan. They use a fleet of GP38-2s, and GP9s (as seen in this video), SD45s, and SD40-2s. They use the orange, yellow, and back paint scheme also seen in the video. Even the scenery looks the same! The only difference is that the Huron and Eastern uses mostly grain hoppers instead of logs because of the large supply of grain.

I remember starting to watch these videos ever since being like 7 years old. And now a regional railway owns our railway here in North Florida, which was previously owned by CSX. This railroad has something in common with the railroad in my home town now.

I'm with thaproducer1988! I grew up around trains with my dad being a 40 yr RR veteran. I loved em then, and I love em now! Trains move not only the goods you use everyday, but also millions of passengers every year. And they truly remarkable pieces of engineering, especially EMD units like the ones on this train. There are EMD locomotives in service that were built in the 1940's. Like thaproducer1988 said, don't hate just cuz you don't appreciate them. There are lots of other videos on KZfaq.

Well, I am glad that you asked. If needs be one single operator can control the entire train from the lead locomotive. If you watch the video from the start you will see that at least 2 men were on board in the lead locomotive, One of them was most likely a conductor.
