Same as bukit batok. The price not wrong is $160k to $180k. Is good for single age above 35

Mr D, you mean 2 RM/47 sqm is $180k? I guess you are getting 24th flr unit ( flat $$+ single $$) excluding grant. Of course, good for you. After 5 years MOP, you can rent out the whole unit and collect the rental ( if you can stay with parents flat).

Reno was done by HDB n is not free. Think should be around $10k for flooring, kitchen, bathroom - Original state has none of those. U can opt out if u wish to hire ur own ID/Contractor to do

No worries, our MP says your salary $1000 also can buy a hdb flat. Don't believe you call town council ask.

U have to be 35 n above before u can try n apply. U have to take a loan from either HDB or bank loh. They have to see ur cpf for the past 12 mths n etc. U can go down to HDB n check with them directly n list down the questions u wanna ask, such as, how much u wanna loan, how much u have to pay for ur mortgage, the 10% down payment pay using what, home n fire insurance, n etc. There are ALOT of things u need to know..so is better u go down to HDB and enquire. Different people have different mortgage ma - All different salary, cpf, loan amount, years of loan, etc... Nobody can tell exactly how much is it. And also bcos they all bought their flats at different prices too.

Kwan Tian... Based on your info, should be ok. Like HoneyD said, login to HDB website, make appt with them. You will have a clearer understanding after talking to them.
