With the current climate compared to what it was 10 years ago, it's hard to predict. However, the second half of January is usually the coldest period in Lithuania, though for the past three years, we've consistently had a snowstorm at the start of December.

@@domasabrom2994 that’s your opinion. You have to clean up ugly graffiti, fix up exterior of many dilapidated buildings, and fix pavement . Then you can claim that your city is one of the cleanest. Otherwise, it’s a pretty city.

@@danutebartoseviciene8496 no sane person can argue against the fact that graffiti ( not to be confused with murals ) are making place look unsafe, filthy and heavily decreases overall appeal . There is no other way around it .
