Only we African can make the change we want in Africa. It’s time to ask what can I do for my country/ Africa instead of “what Africa has for you.” There’s a lot in Africa; but the western mentality has blinded so many Africans and only few of us can see the greatness Africa has. Wode Maya glad tidings to you! Your are teaching Africa and the world.. Your are writing African history, one person at a time, one country at a time! You are waking Africa up!! (Consider transcribing these stories, this will be volumes of books). These stories should be in every classroom in African schools… whatever each school gets to call it - your stories should be a course. When Jackson asked: “Where would we see Jacksons in the next ten years?” The answer would be millions of Jacksons a cross Africa…. I believe it is possible, because young Africa is on the rise. Continue the good work.

Jackson is kinda like Joseph in the bible. Due to A tragic situation in his home country he ends up in a far away land. He thought that all his family members were dead, they also probably believed that he was dead. He grows up in Canada later finds out they're alive visits them and slowly starts to get over the disdain he had for his country because of what he went through. He returns and becomes a farmer, built a hospital, create jobs, feed his people. In a place where there was once death and violence he's creating life. 🙏

In the heart of Africa's golden land, Where diversity dances, hand in hand, A continent vast, where cultures thrive, A tapestry woven, keeping dreams alive. From the Sahara's dunes, stretching wide, To Victoria's falls, where waters collide, Mountains rise and rivers flow, Through valleys green, where treasures grow. In the Serengeti's endless plains, The lion roars, nature's symphony reigns, Elephants trumpeting, zebras in stride, Africa's wildlife, a majestic pride. Through histories deep, both triumph and pain, Africans rise, their spirit sustains, From ancient kingdoms to modern days, Resilience echoes, in myriad ways. From Timbuktu's ancient books of old, To Nubian pyramids, standing bold, Africa's past whispers tales untold, A heritage rich, a legacy to uphold. But Africa's story is not just the past, It's the vibrant present, it's a steadfast cast, The rhythm of life, the pulse of the street, Entrepreneurs' dreams and artists' heartbeat. From Lagos to Nairobi, Johannesburg's lights, Africans unite, igniting new heights, In villages small, where communities thrive, Ubuntu's spirit keeps dreams alive. So let the world hear Africa's song, Resonating loud, proud and strong, For Africans, a beacon of hope, A land of beauty, where dreams elope. In every heartbeat, Africa's beat, A symphony of voices, so sweet, For Africa's people, brave and free, Forever bonded, in unity. ✊🏿🖤👑

In my humble opinion, little Jackson, your baby brother, wasn't named that to "replace" you, your parents were grieving you, they didn't know if you were alive or not😔😔 He was named that, to keep your name ALIVE, they didn't want to ever forget you. They believed you didn't make it, you were only 6years old! 😔😔War is a terrible thing! We as a race and continent need to remember that we are ONE! We need to be our brothers keeper. Kick the borders in our mind, heart and land out. The Schengen countries have no borders, why do we still have them in Africa? And also Jackson.......YOU HAVE A LOT OF LIFE LEFT IN YOU! YOUR LIFE HAS JUST BEGAN! Thank you Maya for this inspirational video.
