Yes u can,,but this comes as self employed category.the benefits of selfemployed are::; u r your own boss,you don't have to follow any schedule etc,but there are draw backs as well. When you want to apply for loan and mortgage . you might not get any success because you are not serving any proper Canadian agency,compny etc.

There are lots of Master programs at universities here in media studies, film studies , journalism etc. look into the programs at UBC, Capilano university, University of Toronto etc.

It is fair. 1. You are not breaking any rules instead you are demonstrating to the government that you are a law abiding person who respects the rules of the land. 2. Desi people are not the only ones who do this. Everyone does this everywhere. So, they are not abusing it in anyway. 3. A lot of them have invested their prime years of youth, family savings and a lot of hard work into a path that leads them to a better life in a better place. They don't have the luxury of time to stand in a 10-20 years long queue when there is a smaller queue available. 4. Governments are not fools, they open such schemes to diversify the incoming population and lessen the burden on a single scheme. People from cities make something of themselves and then, move to smaller communities whereas others work hard in smaller communities and then move to bigger cities to make something of themselves and do the same as the former. 5. Lastly, these schemes provide these smaller communities with an steady incoming young population that contributes to the area with their skills, taxes, kindness, etc. and after PNP move to bigger cites and makes room for another set of new-comers that will again contribute to area and thus, the cycle continues without overloading the small area with overpopulation and making it hard for the natives. All in all, it is fair and everyone from the Government to the natives to the new immigrants know this.

@@ray_of_hope0896 yes even though Sault Ste Marie is in Ontario but since it is a small city it has RNIP which is a great way to get pr without any hassle and it has very less expenses as well It is about 500kms away from Toronto but it's good for students, temperorary stay
