I can't understand trying to argue against a divorce.. I can understand arguing the conditions of a divorce (as in how property and assets are split up), but if your spouse doesn't want to be with you, then why would you try and force them to stay? What good can come from forcing someone to be with you who doesn't love you or want anything to do with you? That seems far worse than any short-term discomfort that may come from parting and going your separate ways. Unless there is some sort of abusive and controlling element involved.. you don't want to let your victim go because you want to be able to continue to torment them.
@magiegainey5036Ай бұрын
@@kirikayumura6015 Yes. But the thing this guy doesn't understand is that in the US if you want a divorce, you get it. There doesn't need to be any argument as to the Why and if the judge sees it your way the judge denies the motion. It doesn't work that way here. He doesn't want the divorce and doesn't want his wife to have custody of the child because it makes him sad and lonely (just going by what he said about the judge and wife's lawyer getting to go home to their families). He seems to think it's unlawful for the judge to grant his wife a divorce and custody of their child without his say so. I don't know what country he is from but it must be somewhere where they will deny divorce and custody if the man doesn't want it. He keeps saying the same things over and over and has apparently been in front of 3 other judges trying to fight it. He just doesn't get it. He wants a transcript of the trial that He Walked Out of but apparently there isn't one of any substance that would help him fight the divorce decree and custody and he's pissed because the judges he's been in front of don't buy into his passive aggressive demands. He thinks it's so wrong and unlawful. That's why I was wondering what country he was originally from. Must be one where men can control the situation. Sorry bud, this is the US and (thank God) women have equal rights.

It's the court's fault that he is getting divorced. That is what he is saying.

I can not imagine any reasonable attorney being able to represent him. He needs a therapist to listen to his ramblings.

Skipping a court date and failing to fight against a legal filing does not delegitimize it. It does the opposite.

I love that all he really does is say the other lawyer is doing too good of a job.

This judge really slipped up. When she asked the attorney about having students and them getting their "sea legs" proves that this is a maritime court and admiralty law. Every SovCit now has a basis of appeal.

How much does a transcript cost??? Is it thousands?? Why does he repeatedly fight for a free one??

In California, transcripts are less than $200.

If you have a problem communicating, you should probably hire a lawyer. I'm sure he has a field in which he is expert. This isn't it. He makes the mistake of thinking he can read so he knows how the courts work. He doesn't know procedures. He doesn't know what to do.
