Your videos def made me open to buying used at first I was hardcore team only buy brand new but after seeing some of things to look out for I decided to give used a shot but I only wanted to buy from a shop private sellers still seemed a little too risky for someone new to bikes. With that said I got a 2013 ninja 650 clean title never been dropped at least from what they said only 8k on the dash for $3900 when I went the fuel pump didn’t sound right and they did point it out to me before I even started the bike so that made me feel better that they weren’t trying to hide anything it also needed a new back tire the shop replaced the tires and fuel pump for free. I’m extremely happy with my first bike purchase and so is my wallet 😂

you will find a positive attitude will go along way in life my friend . Make people some good deals on those parts and it will come back full circle . I had a similar experience and it couldn't have worked out better . when i seen that tension adjuster I thought the same , Good luck thanks for sharing .

Sad to part out but yeah itll be alot of work.. Ive owned a couple of these 04 05's still have one. Check the welds on the frame very closely! They are prone to cracking.

I don't know why people aren't even embarrassed when they pull this type of stuff. I know when I go looking at cars, there's a lot of times I just stare at the people as I get back in my car, lol. Too often, NOTHING like they advertised.

I had that happen some years back. The guy showed me picks from before the drop. I drove a couple hours to get it with a rented truck. It turned out to still be a good deal but it sucked when I first saw it in person.

Years ago I ran an ad on craigslist looking for a Honda 50 mini trail and said I'd pay up to $300 for one in good condition, a guy calls and tells me he has one that can be reassembled, so I drove 30 miles to his house, he took me out to a shed on his property and opens the door, I see a box filled with a bunch of rusted crap in it and says there it is! It's an old home made mini bike, freakin' rebar and plumbing pipe only one wheel and just f'd up! I said that's not a Honda mini trail and he said "I know but if you're willing to pay $300 for a Honda I figured this should be worth at least $150". Seriously dude? Soooo pissed 🤬🤬🤬 I did end up finding a blue street legal one for $200 in excellent shape in great running condition driving by a garage sale not even really looking a couple weeks later 500 miles from my house when I went to visit my brother🤣

Your videos have made me look for cheap sportbikes lol. So far the best deals I've gotten so far are a 2008 cbr1000rr for $500 and a 2005 gsxr600 for $200 with 8400 miles on it lol

Man if you still have the frame with title, go to a Copart Auction yard and get you a totaled out bike, that was hit in the frame only. If the motor is full with oil and the oil filter is still full. Buy that bike and pullout the motor and gearbox, and put it into this one!
