2:52 did this guy really say "only 7 goals and 9 assists" for a defensive midfielder? Those are great numbers for a central midfielder, let alone one who is the lone 6. As for replacing Watkins, I'd love to know who he thinks Villa could get who can score that many goals who is affordable. Especially when you consider the shortage of quality strikers in world football

The answer for is Cole Palmer. Regardless of what you call stat padding. Chelsea has been shambolic this season apart from the last few weeks and without Palmer, Chelsea this season would be in relegation battle 100%

It's easier to play for a bad team as an attacker than a top team. Chelsea literally have no other options. He gets way more touches than he'd get at a top team. Plays in his best position which he'd never do at a top team.

Rice was heralded as the missing piece of the jigsaw for Arsenal but they are not certain to win the league or anything else. He's very good at what he does but doesn't add more to Arsenal than he did to WHU. Imho, Partey, Odegard and White have had better seasons than Ricey.

I dont agree. Rodri is one of the reason City hasnt played that well. He has been to slow passing forward. The last game against Wolves he changed it up and got two assists. Thats improvement from earlier this season. He has to do this more and not only pass sideways and back.

I don’t need to check for myself, I watch or go to every match they play 😂 You are literally downplaying one of his very best quality’s which is his influence on the ball. He makes use of the ball better than any other midfielder in the premier league and 9 and a half times out of 10 makes the right decision. Genuinely an embarrassing take.

@@egoi6421 I appreciate other peoples opinions but this isn’t an opinion, it’s a matter of fact that Rodri doesn’t slow citys passing down and it is a 100% fact that he has not made city worse. City have only lost when Rodri hasn’t played. How is that making them worse. Come on.
