I just watched Artosis casting the finals of CNSL season 5, Scan v Zelot, and listening to Arty react to valkyries microing against scourge is like watching a grandmother at the circus "ok he needs to be so caref.. *GASPS*" "if he gets too closer he could *GASPS*" Never change

Flash returns from the military, and everyone is telling him that upgrade Terran doesn't work againt Protoss anymore. Lesser players would accept it and learn the new meta. Flash was like, "I don't follow the meta, the meta follows me." Flash wants to do upgrade Terran, and by god, he's going to find a way to make it work.

Another great vid. I especially like whenever you will talk about additional notes after the replay finishes and you elaborate on certain things you felt inklings of during the game, like Dewalt's 5th base timing.

The difference between this game and the last one is fucking outstanding. The agility of flash to figure shit out is insane.

I wonder why pros don't use the Illusion skill on the high templars. Its a super good ability that would let you overcome aerial defenses with ease. Imagine doing a reaver drop, but instead of 1 transport, you have 3. The illusions will soak up the missile fire and let the shuttle go into the base no problem. Also, imagine doing a zealot rush on the tanks. It will be a huge deal to have a couple of illusions go in front to soak up the tank fire, while the real zealots stay behind OR just go trough the minefield with them to bait the mines. Honestly i think its a very under used ability.

Flash made some small adjustments that had big effects on his ability to respond, hild, and generate more value than a protoss up a base on him. Flash just wired differently.. so good

What a deadly move from Flash! Nice base trading ended up 3 vs 1. Many harassment between the 2 players. Flash defended his base pretty well earlier as well. With the 4 shuttles drop by earlier. Killed off nicely and cleanly.

I feel like Flash is 5 games away from fixing TvP with how quick he adapts lol. Of course it will probably just be fixed for him and no other Terran but that’s because he can do things no one else can

I multiwatch these flash games. I mean back to back 5 times for a start. I enjoy the players who find their own way to win. The best to do it have been Flash and Boxer. And Artosis has an infectious love of the game. I very much enjoy these games and casts.

I absolutely agree with you artosis this is why someone like flash is the goat of StarCraft. he try’s every strategy possible and if something doesn’t work he makes the adjustment needed to make it work. That’s why he is so dangerous of a player he has no styles no crazy builds he just has his builds and he is smart enough and knows the game well enough to know what needs to be done to force a winning position in his favor. absolutely am enjoying the flash games don’t apologize for them I want as many as you can give me.

Cool set of 2 games. A slight tweak and Flash does a lot better. That said, I still feel like Dewalt should of taken that 5th nexus like Arty was suggesting. To the casual viewer like me, it looks like he was floating the minerals that may have done better as a 5th nexus on the way. Wish we could of seen how that plays out.

Tactically speaking, if your Terran opponent is attacking both your corner expos with huge groups of vultures, then rather than trying to chase the vultures, it would make more sense to attack their main army, right?

@22:20 This is my comment from the last video: I think Flash will eventually land on 5Fac insta 3rd and threaten the attack but take a turtled 4th if the push cant hit. If the ultimate goal is to do upgrade Terran to crush in the late game, the Defense needs to be impenetrable. It really seems like Terrans are being forced to both have enough muscle to push through a tech build and have enough to defend 3rd CC. Flash would have been able to hold it if he had walled the third and second. -> Wall across the top of the ramp with Bunker w/ bats and Barracks wall would hold the P back long enough for tanks to do work, and scvs can insta repair. The most powerful aspect of Terran that's under utilized is Repair. If it was a line of Rax or depots across the front for the price of 6 Vultures, you have a wall that can't be broken w/ scvs. Nobody does this, but I think Flash eventually will if he has to defend the onslaught of the P marco attacks to protect the upgrade engine. What does 'Fortress Macro Terran' look like? --- Which is exactly what Flash did on the next game. Fortified 3rd, early expo, 5 fac into 7fac for 4th. Zing.
