Both times he needed me not to give up on him and proved that with enough patience and prayer he would recover in time. He is a fighter and a horse I’ll keep believing in no matter how many vets suggest putting him down. Hope you enjoy this update and remember never to give up on your horse!

❤🎉😮 Oh wow yes praise the Lord for this healing!! Comet is very beautiful and it seems unthinkable to have to put him down... I'm glad you have your horse back, I hope you exercise him the correct amount, not too little, not too much. I'm sure you will because you care so much about him. Congratulations!! 🤗😍🙏🐴🐎❤️😊

This is absolutely incredible! That is absolutely one of the worst injuries I’ve ever seen! The fact that you didn’t give up on him is a testament to your love for your animals. I’m really impressed that he didn’t miss a beat with over nine months off! I hope one day be able to train my horses like you do.

Hip hip hooray Comet! This video comes at a perfect time for me. I haven't spent time with my sweet girl since Dec. 23rd. My husband was very ill in the hospital and needed a lot of care when he came home. He will be fine and is getting better so I should be able to see her in a couple of days. This was a great lesson on what I can do with her after a break of over a month. P.S. Love the beard!

With you riding him, and I seen different videos of horse people teaching the viewers on how to turn a horse with their legs, and it's differs from one another. For example, using the righf rein, right leg to turn right, but others will use their left leg to apply pressure on the horse, with the right rein open, to steer their horse to the right. I think people will think there's a 'right' way to turn a horse with using their legs, when in actuality, it depends on how they've been taught. During my lessons on horseback riding, something i hadn't done in a couple of years, I was taught: Right rein, right leg to go right, left rein, left leg to go left.

Hi Daniel, I watched your bowing video and I really liked it! I have been teaching my horse, Israel, to bow, he's doing really well, but we have run into a little problem. I follow all the steps that you show, and it works great. The problem is is that I am not sure how to transition on to getting him to hold up his foot, not me? Do you have any ideas? Thanks

Hey there! That transition can take some time. Towards the end of the video I show using a crop to encourage the horse to lift his leg up. If you teach the horse that several taps on his leg mean he needs to lift it up. Then keep asking him to lift it until he bows. Takes time and patience but they get it eventually 😊 Hope that helps!

@@HorsePerfect Thanks, that helps! I realized that I am not quite going slow enough, breaking down the steps, and being consistent. I watched Clinton Anderson's Trick Training Series and that really helped also!
