Lone Survivor is a 2013 war film based on the true story of a failed Navy SEALs mission in Afghanistan. The film follows four SEALs who are tasked with capturing or killing a notorious Taliban leader, Ahmad Shah. However, their operation is compromised when they encounter some local goat herders, and they soon find themselves outnumbered and outgunned by hundreds of enemy fighters.
