I'm Saudi, and I say mad respect for PBD for doing this interview! This is really how we make the world a better place, it's when we have bright people like Reza Pahlavi who think with logic and common sense. It would be great if the people running Iran have the same mentality as this gentleman who wants to build better future for humanity unlike the current Iranian Mola regime that seeks nothing but bloodshed and funding proxy wars.

I would like to point out the fact that Saudi Arabia is one of the safest countries to live in. It has always been regardless of all the hard times it went through. MBS is continuing to pave that path and he’s doing a great job. Saudi cannot control what happens with neighbored countries. However, every time Saudi Arabia is mentioned the ward safety always follows! In the US you go for Thanksgiving shopping and you get shot! You send your kids to school they get shot! You walk on the streets late you get murdered or rapped! The list goes on. In Saudi Arabia you can go to the movies at 3am! You can walk on the street after midnight and know 100% you’ll arrive home safely. You can send your kids to school and know your kids will be ok. And most importantly in Saudi Arabia you can’t walk into a shop and purchase a gun nor do we need to have a weapon at home to defend ourselves. Please educate your self before you pass any comments.

My friend stop drinking the lemonade of Saudi government. You are right about what you wrote,but,it all comes at a price. If you love repressive regimes then Saudia all the way,more power to you. Rest of us are freedom lovers and don't buy into the repressive totalitarian regimes. The love of your life MBS is a murderer and they are heavy handed in what they want to do. It's a two stage authority, everything for them and the sword for you. Good luck

You sir in the world's entire population are one of the few I have in my opinion with Joe Rogan are the top two best the world has the privilege basically for free to hear and see things that matter for the entire world! As someone who has served for nearly 20 years in both Iraq and Afghanistan, I can say people really underestimate the current regime in Iran. It would take a monumental force to topple them, their equivalent of the CIA basically run Iraq, Syria, Lebanon etc… in addition to having large communities in other Arab nations, and influence in nearly every major Arab B capital. Every major Arab nation is shit scared of them and are unlikely to do anything to aggravate them. These kinds of sit downs are interesting but a lot of it seems like wishful thinking to me. The current Regime in Iran isn’t going anywhere anytime soon unless the US were to declare war and have the backing of every single regional neighbour, which I doubt will happen anytime soon.
@smAshKSA

I believe it will happen soon if not in 2024. from what I see as a Saudi, Iran is throwing every last card on their hand to make their militias in Gaza survive. they gave up on Yemen and threw Hezbollah from Lebanon into direct fight with Israel. without Gaza they don't have the sentimental power to play the people in the region. they are emptying their arsenal in Yemen to attack Israel with drones and missiles. the US knew about it and sent warships to station in the red sea.

In other words they’re doing what America did to Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, etc? It has influence in the countries you mentioned but nowhere as near as what they make it sound like. I am guessing you are Persian, do you live in Iran? If so I am curious about what percentage of people in Iran support the current regime versus a new government, if you had to guess? Also, from America I wish Iran a brighter future!

My thesis from 1998. Internet access will do more for human peace and prosperity then any other platform in my lifetime. It also will result in more regional self government.

Lol. MBS is a Muslim. Not extremist. Just a Muslim. Mecca and Medina will never be ruled by an atheist.

I like how the media perspective on him suddenly changed from murderous totalitarian to ambitious and primising leader. I wonder why. The words "Israel" and "normalisation" come to mind.
