Lol. I’d be there or in the brig or on KP. This guard yelling at her isn’t the worst I’ve heard. There’s a RAF officer that I saw on another video that was screaming so loud, all of London probably heard him😮

If you Google or KZfaq ( The Queens Guards: A Year In Service ) it’s a mini series that takes you through the extensive training of both soldiers ( man & horse. It’s worth watching. You’ll see both men & horses have play time. You get to learn many answers to many questions that you see on here. You will recognize these very you men you see in these videos. Getting to watch them from day 1 until graduation was nice. I have even a higher respect for the men.

If you look carefully when they were told "Eyes Right" she barely moved her head, wereas the others certainly did. As mum used to say, "she'll not do that again."

Unfortunately ‘poor wee guards’ are not what we need. Ridiculous to use women in such a situation, those tourists are such a nuisance and do silly things like holding the horses reins or getting in the way as the guards change over. They need to be tall and strong!

Love that Officer's cloak, slightly different scarlet and gold lapels. A long guard with Officer, 2 NCOs, Corporal Major, Trumpeter and 10 Troopers. That officer looks like a Lieutenant Colonel.

In the reign of Queen Victoria she was once shocked to see her Horse Guards on duty in a disheveled state, with grubby kit, ill-groomed horses etc and so she ordered that there should be a punishment inspection every day at 16:00 for the Guards to ensure that they were presentable. It was only supposed to last for 100 years but the ceremony was retained. It is now called 'The Four o' Clock Inspection'. What I love about this particular video is that when the inspecting Officer approaches the two mounted troopers and comes to a halt with a stamp of his foot, the horse on the right stamps it foot also!
