These days, LS is one of the most beloved League of Legends personalities. He's a caster, he's a streamer, and he's even had some controversial things to say about the game.
But before he was one of League's biggest names, he was at the center of a cheating scandal, he was homeless, and he was living in a foreign country with almost nothing to his name.
But LS survived, and he found redemption in League of Legends.

1. WTF is that thumbnail. I couldn't even tell that that's him. 2. That Casino poker story is insane. If esports ever becomes truly mainstream, someone has to make a movie about this guys life. breaking into your own mom's basement, flying into a new country with literally nothing, being saved by betting everything on a single game (this part is almost poetic). It's really fucking sad that LS had to go through all of this to get were he is today, but holy shit does it make for a good story.

Listen man, these stories are so rare to see. No doubt LS worked hard to get to where he is but he also got really lucky at certain points too. Even if you worked hard to become pro statistically you just wouldn't make it so try not to overthink too much. You have responsibilities now you can't afford to clumsily carve a path in life because you have a kid on the way. Doing that simply takes too much time. Get a job, continue to go to school so you can provide even more for your family. Put that energy and passion you put in to become a pro into being the best father you can be, the world needs it.

I wondered if something was going on with him but I never looked into it. I had absolutely no idea he went through all of this stuff. Poor kid. No one should have to deal with any of that. It's really nice to see that he's comfortable, open and happy right now though! It's touching. LS, my man, you probably won't ever see this, but I'm glad you're still around and doing better than ever. I knew his past was dark but that was a really sad story. I only know him through his Streams and LCK Casting over the last couple of years but he's like the main reason I watch LCK games. That whole casting desk just clicks together and makes it fun to watch. After watching this I have so much more respect for LS's perseverance and appreciate his witty and funny attitude wasn't lost through all that hardship. I really hope he continues to do well.

i didn't know about all the stuffs he went through. i was just watching his stream and literally dying from laughter when he's with crownshot and sanchovies. i was very interested in his in depth analysis about lane management or pick and ban phase even if i'll never be able to reach a level where those things make a big difference in the game. he's bringing a new type of content in the lol scene and i'm enjoying every single minute. keep going dude, much respect

I started watching professional LoL, towards the end of 2017 spring season. I remember watching 2017 MSI . Tbh, I never knew who LS was. I first saw LS casting last season 2019. I was very skeptical about him at first, from mispronouncing Aatrox but now enjoy the different ways he says it. He felt kinda awkward to me. But as the season went by, he became my favorite caster next to Papa in the LCK(Shout-out to Atlus, Valdes love those two as well). I believe, the LCK has the best casters, I enjoy LCS casting as well. So this video was amazing, finding out clearly about LS's past and his rise. Overall a very heartwarming video.

15 min is way to short a docu on LS, he's gone into so much depth on all this stuff, given so much more context to his life, and it's just insane how much is missing to pare down his story into a quarter of an hour. Man straight up could have a feature length film about his struggles.
