These blokes just look and sound soooo bored in these videos, and no eye contact whatsoever with the customers (although granted these are likely staged discussions). I get it, this is your day-to-day, but god the lack of energy just sucks the life out of me. I just wait to see the prices then bounce… Lord knows how you’d feel if you were a real customer looking to have a positive day purchasing a special watch.

The whole of the jewellery industry is like that, it’s actually good for business. Have you ever dealt with a Gucci or LV assistant, they don’t bow down to you, they treat you like trash if you don’t have your credit card ready and waiting
