Wow. To hear him say he has never seen that much food in his life is so sad. That poor man is so unwell, not one ounce of energy left in his little body. I am a nurse and no one who has TB and cancer should ever be left alone to suffer and go hungry, without some sort of comfort or relief from the pain. This makes me incredibly sad and I wish that I could take this man into my care and nurse him. The world is an unforgiving place. I feel so blessed watching this, a gratitude that I have so much and he has so little. God bless you and the work you do in helping these people. If only there were more compassionate people out there like you, humanity is being lost and people are becoming more selfish and greedy. We all need to share our blessings and also be grateful for those blessing instead of complaining and wanting more and more. what overwhelmed me the most was that phakhati stayed close and even hugged the man despite the latter having told him that he has tb and cancer. Now, tb is an infectious disease and can be fatal if left untreated. But phakhati is totally unfearful of it. Man, he is incredible!!!

This man remind me of how my mom died of breast cancer last year, after she was sick of it for 7 years and been the first child among 7 children with no helper I know how I suffered with her, going from one place to another due to no avail and I was just 18 years old then in 2014 when she was diagnosed of the breast cancer. A very fat woman became very skinny like this man. it destroy her system until she could not walk. If I could have received such help I believe my mom wouldn't have died😭😭😭. let me stop here before I start crying. Thank you very much sir you don't know what you just did, God bless you.

When he coughs u can hear how empty his stomach is. I know that myself from my alcoholism, and if i havent eaten anything I sound the same way. That he still has the strength to eat is a good sign. He wants to live, despite cancer and Tuberculosis. Its really hard to eat again when youre starving. I know this because i experienced for myself. Not on a same Level with him, but u get a feel for it.
