Last night a man was standing outside a store begging for change to eat. I’m in Canada. It’s -35 c outside right now. I rarely carry cash but I just so happened to have a $20 bill on me. I gave it to my dude hanging outside. He thanked me so much and even gave me a hug. I bought a lottery ticket. I do every week. I Told him when I win, I’m changing his life. He told me his name we, had a smoke together in my vehicle so he could warm up. Then I had to leave. I’m going to win. And I’m going to change his life and set him up to be able to succeed with the rest of his life.

Just to put it into perspective, the distance between Bloemfontein to Pretoria is around 460 km (285 miles). BI is such a blessing.

For those who don’t know. Tempe base is 500 km from 1 Military Hospital Pretoria. This guy was 60 km from the hospital so he walked and hitched over 400 km in 4 days.
