Legally they can't be stripped of titles post 2019, so he isn't gonna lose any titles. Also the Prem league willl suffer a huge blow to their brand if city are relegated. Won't happen, city's lawyers will eat tye charges for breakfast. If city are sweating, they not showing it, UEFA came hard at them and they beat those charges , however they did it. Their lawyers are on 110k a day.
