Good to know. I keep replacing my bulbs about every 2 to 3 months. And I'm paying more than $50 for the pair each time I replace them.

Thank you, three bulbs a year I am going through and I am getting frustrated. I had took the car to an electrician two years ago and they couldn't figure it out, they said the car was fine as far as they could see. It's frustrating as my bulb blew again driving back home in the dark on small Scottish winding roads (luckily no one was on the road early hours so I used the highbeams). As soon as the morning comes I am going to check it out myself and see whats going on.

Its been 6 months sense I changed this bulb with out blowing !!! So the fix is in

my daughters 2006 crv is having this issue on left headlight only. getting expensive. going to try this hack/fix and see if it helps. thx.

Did this and swapped the high beam plugs to regular head light location. Still blowing. 🤬

It's the lowbeam only on my driver's side. Will the loose connection cause the lowbeam only to burn out? It's a 2006 Prius.
