My helmet is way too tight it bruises my head and gives me headaches and my coach just says it's better right than loose I bet I can fit a size up and it'll still be tight

they don't measure are head or do anything that this video says they just say does it fell right

does hair really matter on fitting? like if i have really straight tough hair, would it make me hard to fit in my original medium size helmet?

I told my coach years ago my helmet doesn’t fit. He said “boy if you don’t put that damn helmet on”. So I forced the shit out of mine to get it on. All I got was headache and bleeding ears lol.
