NBI, PDEA, and starting from the Bu. of Immigrations should be our first line of DEFENSE.. if any of these goverment entities are asleep on the job or fully awake trying to make money thru illegal means, must be meted out with capital punishments. Foreigners came to the country not because the head of the city let them in, the port of entry around the country is manned by BI personnel and by the coast guard watching our shores.
