In Module 4 of our Heal Your Back Pain By Fixing The Root Causes Course we will be covering the topic of "Core Muscle Weakness".
Now, it's common for people to be told, when they are struggling with chronic back pain, that they should be trying to "strengthen their core".
However, I find most people are not taught how to actually "strengthen their core" correctly, and instead end up doing exercises that might actually make the problem worse!
