Some think we don't need it at all, some think not eating for a period of time can have such a healing effect on the human body!

Hey bro I’m doing a 7 day water fast for spiritual reasons too , I felt the Lord call me to do it and man the revelation that I’ve been receiving is crazy:), I feel hungry for Jesus but filled in the spirit! Idk why but I felt like I had to share this.

This is the stuff I watch when I cry in bed because I’m fat. Then I’ll tell myself that I’m gonna do it, but I never even last a Day

So sorry to only be replying now, don't be too hard on yourself ❤️ it isn't easy, please don't think I did this fast for weight reasons, it was for health, yes fasting helps with weight but I would strongly recommend seeking a professiona's advice on this matter. All I can tell you is you're beautiful and keep going! Everyday is a new start that we should ALL be thankful for ❤️🙌🏼🙌🏼 keep 'er lit!!

U should try 1 day fast and after 1week u do 2 day fast and so on

@@haymig8457 Great work Haymi! @Karen you need some tough love and truth. Your mind is the one thing you can control all you need to do is empty your fridge if there is a problem. The mental part is really not the hardest one compared to physical systems such as withdrawal symptons, stomach pains, bad sleep, mood swings.

Hi Karen...late reply. Give up white carbs...all wheat and processed sugars. Keep carbs whole meal and minimal. Enjoy your favourite proteins and veg. I lost 12 kilos in 6 months and counting. God bless.

@@Alicia-fy3je Great work, when did water fast weight loss was rather a worry than a benefit since I've been doing intermittent fast for past 6-7months I'm already close to my ideal weight and if anything need to gain in muscle mass. There are however a lot of super benefits with water fast as regeneration of cells, muscles, organs and the best is stem cell generation!

I love ur energy bro. Very informative and therapeutic as I am currently on day 4 of my atleast 6 day water fast. Also it’s great that ur doing enemas. It’s very important and underrated for fasts

Beefy TV thanks for the reply brother!! I hear u on that man! Lockdown is the perfect opportunity for this. I did in fact finish the fast and ended up doing 8 days. It was so physically, mentally and especially spiritually rejuvenating. Really amazing stuff. Much love!

Ah I loved this video. I have some experience fasting but for some reason now during lockdown I find it so much harder to get started. You've inspired me though to really try to persist. Your positive energy is so infectious, the world needs more people like you!

@@BeefyTV Just to let you know, I completed my 8 day fast at that time. I will start another on Monday. Either a 3 or 5 day. I will confirm with myself tomorrow!

@@JETiKnightNY 🙌🏼🙌🏼 great stuff! I highly recommend looking into how to BREAK a fast, I haven't covered it nor am I an expert by any means 🙈 but breaking it right is just as important as the fast itself ❤️👌🏼 well done, how do you feel?

@@BeefyTV that was my problem. I broke the fast with respectable foods, the problem is my diet overall hasnt changed. I need to change my habit, not just fast.

@@JETiKnightNY YES! that's what it's all about, small steps, fasts as much as I love them, aren't the "magic bullet" some claim them to be, there's so much more to healing than just pills and "one stop shops" 👍🏼 you've got a great outlook by the sounds of it 🙏🏼

Great video. I'm into 5th day and going for 10-12 days. I've tried once to "break thru" before and faile the 3rd day. Now i'm going very well and all good. Love the feeling. I hope to make it and think so.

Going on a 10 day water fast to lose some weight! Going to let you guys know my experience as well as use this comment as motivation ! Day 1: starting weight is 188 lbs and I’m 5 ft 7 inch. Pretty easy I drank plenty of water and a energy drink with 0 calories to not break my fast. Day 2: Went pretty well at first but later towards the night I started throwing up bile but once I threw up I felt better.

Just keep yourself well hydrated and always listen to your own body, first couple of days are the hardest, your body will be going through its reserves! Also probably breaking down some unwanted things in there too, so hydration is VERY important, keep yourself flushed! Always talk to a doctor if you're not sure 🙏🏼❤️

I’m so glad I found you’re KZfaq channel because I’m starting my water fast today I’ve been putting it off for awhile. But you’ve made me feel motivated to do it I’m probably gonna 5 days but we’ll see 😊🙂 I’m gonna be doing this for healing purposes for my body 😊

I’m on hour 72, and felt a bit faint. I had a bit of sea salt, and magnesium. The pill had a bit of anti baking agent in.. hope that won’t effect anything 😬 Feeling good for 10-12 days though 💪

I made it through 3 days and I felt extremely fatigued and light headed. I hate it but I know its necessary for some more weight loss. 😂 ( nuff a that shit! ) just kiddin! Lolol No one likes self depravation and it certainly takes determination and self discipline. I just finished chemo and radiation from BRCA so I might be weaker on my fasting days but Iam hoping my strength will improve over time. Why is it when you start fasting that seems to be when your family tries to get you to eat stuff 🤣🤣🤣🤪 lol thanks for sharing your fasting experiences!

We'll I'm not sure what you mean by "what not" .... But black tea, and a few coffees in the first three days or so, after that my body doesn't tend to like coffee too much. But to sum it up, water and black tea or coffee, that's the only thing I consume during a fast 👍🏼 Hope that clears it up 🤗👍🏼🙌🏼

@@BeefyTV by what not I mean things you didn't mention. I just feel that black coffee is super cheating. As it 1) engages your liver and you don't give it a chance to reset and regenerate 2) You don't get Caffeine withdrawal symptons which are one of the toughest things during Day1

Did you use any meditation/ visualisation techniques when you really wanted to eat food?

No actually, I would have usually meditated anyway, but after day 5 there was no desire for food at all 👌🏼 the first five (for me anyway) are the real killer 😣 but I think if I sat down to meditate the cravings away, I'd end up visualising the biggest bean burger with all the trimmings 😂🙈🤭

I suppose that depends on what you have eaten though, which is why some say 24-48 hrs and others say 72 hrs 🤷🏻‍♂️ 👍🏼
