My art work is very fine and precise. People pay for a flawless look. Its very challenging not to be a perfectionist. And yes this does create inner tension😣

@BertitoCreativeWorld Thanks Bertito. Glad you found this awesome channel. Love these videos. I did the Primal Trust program. I found it opened the door to my healing process. CFS Health AU was not the answer for me as it did not target the nervous system and the over active amygdala. I'm currently listening to a FREE audio from AUDIBLE, by Jan Rothney, BREAKING FREE. It's a fantastic book on how to heal for anyone recovering from CFS.

I watched old home movies from 20 years ago. I was so chill, relaxed and moved slowly. I realized how I had changed and just zipped around crazy scheduling so much and had a toxic job. I am going back to the old days. 😅

Would you say that hypervigilence to symptoms is a kind of perfectionism? Im a perfectionist in other ways (while other things i couldn't care less about being perfect), but just wondering if wanting to "figure everything out" and rumination is kind of perfectionism in the TMS sense

Jim what is your opinion on a physical pattern with an emotional root, that has become a program? Like it is so ingrained that it happens automatically like clockwork, and therefore so below consciousness that we can’t even send it any messages of safety ?

How can you feel safe to let go when the pain and insomnia is bad and you can't think straight anymore? This mind body approach to just be able to let go sounds unrealistic as there's something deeper happening on an energetic level.

I am a people pleaser. I am so scared of being rejected. Even though I know this about myself I still don't know how to change this pattern. Because the truth is I don't know who I am if I'm not the old version of me. I have had CFS for some years now. I learned my lesson by now. My question is, how do I/ we work on this. How do one change couping behaviours. They run deep. / love Hanna

How do u be positive if your hoke life experience was negative due to the effects of child abuse

I had to use EMDR first - I've never believed in any positivity or safety before that because I never experienced those things before. My life is still technically terrible but my outlook on it is different

I watched lots of TMS videos and everyone talks about our personality being the problem. How do we truly change that?

My understanding is we don't have to change our personality, because that's part of who we are. But bringing self compassion to ourselves (especially if perfectionist) and setting boundaries (especially if people pleaser) can remove the negative impact of those personality traits
Treat the Mind (cause) to Treat the Body (symptom)
