By applying desi ghee on roti kids can be maneuvered to stay away from junk foods and rather eat a more healthy option of whole grain roti.
One of major benefit of using desi ghee along with roti is that the desi ghee contains Healthy fats like Linoleic Acid and arachdonic acid which are essential fatty acids and are required for repair and better health of neurons of our body.
Another benefits of use of roti and desi ghee together is that desi ghee enhances your metabolism and this as a result uses extra fat stored in our Body.
Another very important benefit of desi ghee use along with roti is that it reduces the glycemic index of roti.glycemic index of whole wheat roti is 62 which falls in moderate category otherwise so by lowering the glycemic index desi ghee helps better management of blood glucose level.
Desi ghee also gives feeling of fullness which also help reduce weight.
Butyric acid present in the desi ghee helps better number of T lymphocytes which are important part of our immune system and help us fight viruses and bacteria in a much better way.
Last but not the least there are certain vitamin likes vitamin A,D,E and K which are fat soluble and as desi ghee contains fats so these vitamins present in food gets absorbed better if taken along with desi ghee.
