Chia pudding is my staple😎👍 Brew any tea flavor.. berry, vanilla spice, lavender... Add chia seeds, add sweetener, keep cold overnight. Breakfast treat: overnight oats, chia seeds, homemade yogurt, berries, honey or maple syrup

Apples here in the US that they sale in stores have wax on them. If you are going to consume the peel get your fruit from a local farmers market.

Ma'am please do a video on how to loose weight for people suffering from gerd..and acidity.. bending over exercises in yoga too aggravates the gerd problem.. please ma'am please... it's a request.

All of these foods except chia seeds are high in carbs and not suitable for insulin resistant persons and diabetics
