So I had another appointment about my BRCA2 stuff this week and here's how it went/what comes next. Of course, I cut Mark's hair for the first time in months, got a BIG gluten-free bread haul finally, as well as did a Q&A on my third book! So glad you are getting things all figured out. Will be keeping good thought and prayers. Loved seeing Mark again and sorry for his ear issues, glad you got it resolved. I always have a pack of those bagels in my freezer. I get them from Whole Foods and as much as I whinged at the price the first time they are worth every single penny.

Enjoyed your video. Hope you get answers about your operation etc v soon. Difficult decision make. Iv preordered your book and have the other 2 already, all ordered from Amazon, great recipes adapted to everyones allergy needs. I just have to convert them to the right temperature using my gas cooker. Which I have to look up each time. Great prize to win. My friend@Belinda Ellis. who iv recommended your books to for her daughter.

Sourdough is natural yeast so those breads definitely aren't yeast-free. They're just manufactured yeast-free.

I asked my stylist today about the impacted hair and she told me that barbers can inhale a lot of hair due to dry cutting. I think you cut Mark’s hair when wet though.
