In my latest journey to Kayakalp Health and Wellness Resort, Palampur, Himachal Pradesh-a place to rejuvenate your health and banish your stress-I wanted to do something different. Health, health and health! Health has been the single most important narrative in 2020. Being a frequent traveller, I cannot afford to ignore this aspect of my life. And this took me to "Kayalap", an institute dedicated to health and wellness in the Dhauladhars, in the lesser Himalayan range of mountains. I spent ten days as a 'health seeker' in the lap of nature. Watch this video to know how it feels once you check into Kayalap to work on your health, the health services and other facilities, and experience of living on the premises for a good ten days.
