Chicken hearts is a muscle, gizzards and liver are organ meats, delicious when cooked properly but can cause cholesterol levels to increase.

@@puleleiitemanaia7365 these studies show correlation and not causation. You do your own research and you might conclude, that elevated LDL (which by the way is not the same as cholesterol) is not a valid marker for cardiovascular diseases as you were told. The culprits are carbohydrates, sugar and seed oils. Again: do your own research and question the so called nutrition guidelines.

beef, pork, veal and lamb meat consider red meat. Chicken heart is not a red meat.
