RECIPES YOU CAN TRY 👩🍳
Goddess Smoothie (from my app)
- 2 frozen bananas (or non frozen)
- 1 handful fresh kale
- 1 handful fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)
Vegan Parmesan (from my app)
- 1 cup cashew nuts, raw (in the video I used 1/2 cup Brazil nuts and 1/2 cup cashews)
- 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
Process in a food processor or blender until fine crumbs
Double Choc Mugcake (from my app)
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp peanut butter, unsweetened
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp vegan chocolate (optional, didn’t use in the video)
Mash the banana and combine with rest of the ingredients in an oven or microwave-safe mug. Cook the in the microwave on full power (mine is 800W) for 2 minutes. Or in the oven on 180C/356F for 20 minutes
