I also have learned that a 12 hour fasting window, no seed oils, limit processed foods and eat "bitter" foods-lemon water, eat greens and even drink kraut juice help. Be well everyone!

Thank you for the info! I was diagnosed with PBC two weeks ago and am trying to learn about what is good to eat. I have been IF since 2021 and the doctor said I can continue. Cheers!!!

For sure cut out sugar!!! I was diagnosed in Oct. 2022 and immediately went on healthy keto. My bloodwork #s improved by half in just 6 months! I hope this helps, Lydia! All the best!

@@lydiaacosta5424 I was able to see my professional and he also told me to continue. He said of the 4 phases I am down to 0-1. I asked if there was ever a cure and he told me that I am now considered auto-immune more so that the disease label. So, I was diagnosed exactly 10 months ago. We seem to be on the right path. I still do keto and always will but now I have added in every other day carnivore (which I enjoy more)
