Yes your hair is definitely changing hair colors because of the Texas sun. When I used to live in Antigua my hair was a light brown and looked like I had highlights which was super cool. So what you’re saying is I need the mousse ?! Cuz I loveeee doing my twist outs with a mousse I don’t use anything else
