Question, why Filipino called it Spanish bread? This is because Filipinos adopted bread making basically from Spanish kitchens, thus, associated it with many of our meals.In the Filipino's creative minds, we developed different varieties, version, shapes, and fillings of bread. My version is healthy, safe to serve on the table for snacks and breakfast.
