Another thing to add (for people on a budget) because these options can be expensive. Is to try making things yourself so you can control the ingredients while keeping it affordable. On KZfaq you can find recipes for literally anything you want to make. I just learned how to make healthy organic cheese crackers with olive oil instead of butter. They taste really good and they only have organic flour, salt, cheese, organic olive oil and a bit of water. The reason people are so overwhelmed is because there is so much to keep up with in labels. You eliminate that stress if you make it yourself.

I actually make a delicious greek pizza... when I first started making it I would use boboli pizza crust but last few times I've been eating healthier so I would use a cauliflower crust then add ground turkey with spinach black olives roasted peppers and topped it off with feta the last few minutes of cooking oh and mixed in mozzarella cheese to hold it together cook all that in a pan and topped the crust with mozzarella no sauce and put the stuff I cooked in a pan on top n bake in oven

For me, "healthy" junk food is still junk food. I enjoy watching Bobby's videos, but at the same time, the more I watch, the more it becomes a never ending stream of shopping and eating. I get it. People love to eat, so the content generates clicks. But the focus on eating healthy food obscures the fact that eating all the time is still bad for your health. If you eat constantly, you will constantly be hungry...a recipe for obesity. At least that was true for me not long ago.

I'll get back to you I saw at Safeway in Northern California a pizza crust. The pizza crust had cauliflower/broccoli with I think a binder sweet potato ( probably when it is hot). I'll go back to see what's in it. But it's interesting using sweet potatoe because when you make pizza dough you add sugar for the yeast. In a world like we live in it's amazing time because we can make things out of everything. Love to your show.......peace!

If I was rich or richer then yes I’d happily switch to these products, the good thing is though that these are still treats and shouldn’t be eaten most of the time so it won’t hurt my wallet too much.
