My boyfriend works in the oilfield and is away for 2 weeks at a time. I've been making him frozen meals for a couple years now, but his have to be fully cooked and popped in a microwave. I came across your channel for new ideas because I have fed that poor man lasagna way too many times 😂😂😂

Also I already know i’m going to love these recipes, they’re all very similar to how I cook. I made your tortellini sausage pasta with kielbasa and one bag had red sauce and one had Alfredo. Into the freezer they went. Making my frozen Mississippi chicken tomorrow from frozen and putting in instant pot for the win!

I'm so happy i watched this one. I had some fresh sweet potatoes that i needed to use and that soup is perfect. I just mixed it in a bag and tossed into my freezer. Will be good for busy weekend dinner here in cold Michigan

Hello ladies!! I am loving your content and personalities! I was wondering if you take video requests? Basically… I am pregnant with my first child and due in March. I would love to find some freezer recipes (snacks, dinners, etc.) that are easy on the 3rd trimester fatigue and have good nutrition/balance for when I’d be eating this food right after birth/postpartum. I’m wanting to do some work ahead of time so that I can stay ahead of the appetite in a healthy way. So! If you have any ideas or already have a video for “new mom freezer meals” I would be interested in seeing! Even if you compiled recipes you already posted into one video! Those spinach quesadillas look great! 🎉 Happy new year!

Congratulations! Having meals made ahead for after the baby (and for those exhausting last weeks of pregnancy) is a game changer. I did some meals with my daughter before her baby was born, so there is a video of that, but it's not a good example of "healthy" because she is the pickiest eater ever 😂 You can find that here: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/i7SAq7irksi2dWw.html I would say your best bet is to poke around our videos a bit and see what jumps out at you. We have a playlist of videos that are specifically for one or two people and those are a treasure trove because we often share snacks, breakfast ideas, and individual or two portion meals that are great for lunches or dinners. Lettuce wraps are good with peanuts instead of cashews if someone wants a more frugal version.

I got it in a cute little store in Edmonton Alberta called When Pigs Fly. It's one of those stores that has a little bit of everything. The tag on it says Allen Designs. I hope that helps!

Sharla here: We have lots of low carb recipes and some specifically Keto. My husband periodically "goes Keto" so I have to create things he can eat 😂

Hi Im new here! Would like to know how you ladies divide the finacial costs of sharing the food that you cook? Does one person do the shopping, and then you split the bill? Or do you each divide the list and shop separately?

To make the ground chicken taste better, I mix with ground beef 1:1 squish them around before cooking to homogenize.

I don't really understand. I want to do these but how do you defrost/cook them afterwards? Do you just dump all the ingredients together in a slowcooker to cook them?

If you look in the description box of the video, you'll find links to the recipes that include the full cooking instructions. Some of these cook up in the skillet, some in the oven on a sheet pan, others can be in the slow cooker or on the stovetop. They're super easy to cook up.
