Thanks for the sincerity and sharing your story... I'm trying to get help. Was freaking out today. The traffic and vehicles going everywhere was driving me crazy... I went down and bought some "Saw Palmetto"... I feel better now. I wish somebody would do some scientific studies on it's effectiveness with bipolar... Thanks for your program 👍

I myself am bipolar, had it on and off since late teen years, finally got dignosed offically in 2021. I also went off my meds and ended up in legal issues. I mainly went off due to long term side effects on my kidneys (using lithium), but i have come to understand it is much worse to get off it than risk some CKD complications.
