This routine is designed to balance out your shoulder muscles and extend their flexibility. The idea is to incorporate all movement patterns that our shoulders are capable so that the surrounding muscles develop and stretch with balance.
This routine is perfect to throw in right after tough a swim practice and/or whenever you'd like to boost your recovery.

I said before in your last video. This channel is amazing. You obviously know what you are doing as you are a swimmer yourself. I cannot get into the pool because of lockdown which sucks. I have been doing your routines everyday. This video is especially helpful to me being a butterfly and freestyle.

Happy I found this video, I've been doing kettlebell exercises for months now and feel my shoulders are a bit tight, will be adding this to my routine, thank you 🙏🏽

I've started doing more freestyle and am attempting the butterfly and trying to improve it I've certainly been feeling it in my arms and shoulders lately so thanks for the workouts you provide! They're very helpful

Using this as part of rehab from shoulder surgery to reattach supraspinatus. Feels good!

great videos. Its my opinion but i like more time for each exercise. They are very short. And not just for this video.

Nevertheless I have recovered from shoulder pain but I still have difficulty for HINGE ROTATION and MONKEY SWING (limited range rotation and movement for swinging) any exercises you can suggest with dumbbells or elastic band or others to go through it better? Thank you very much for sharing. It really works on me.
