Practice 5 minutes of heart coherence by focusing on your breathing and the beautiful landscapes of Australia.
During this exercise of respiration, the heart rate becomes regular and harmonious, which promotes better stress management, anxiety reduction, and emotional well-being.
During the practice of cardiac coherence, your mind can escape and distract you. By focusing your mind on the detail of the images you invite it to stay in the present moment.
To benefit from the effects of cardiac coherence, it is recommend to practice it for 5 minutes 3 times a day.
Inspiration time: 5 seconds.
Expiration time: 5 seconds.
