Hey Amy. 4417 sq ft? Huge. So every bedroom should have an en-suite. Nice casita. 2 staircases. Large formal dining room. Beautiful open concept kitchen/breakfast nook/living room. Love the cabinets. Agreed. Lovely cabinet color. You know I love a pool bath with door directly to the backyard. Like both staircases out of view. Lovely loft. Outstanding primary with seating area. Agreed with the separate en-suite vanities and closets. No linen closet? Need that more than the tub. Large guest 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms indeed. Big laundry. Surprised no sink. Fantastic home. Thanks for sharing.

This is fantastic! Love the casita suite, is this the same floor plan as yours? I LOVE a secondary staircase, we had one growing up in the Boston area.

We had a very similar plan in our previous home called The Parker. We have since moved, but we LOVE this plan!

Oh man, too bad when we signed our contract on our home last year they weren’t doing much. We bought our home as a spec at canyons at highland ranch, which we still love. What’s the beginning price of this model?

It starts right around $700k... but you can imagine you'll be in the $800s before you do lot and design.
