I was broken up with 1 day after Liz uploaded this video. It's been more than half a year now and just want to say that her video speaks the TRUTH. Cry, cry, cry, pick yourself up and move forward. I wasn't able to do it in 1 month but I did it. Life is amazing outside of that relationship, that heartbreak, those doubts. The love you poured into another person who didn't want it, pour into yourself because you are the most important! All the things Liz talked about it, it's not an overnight transformation but slowly you will get it as long as you choose to. Don't let one heartbreak destroy you, you are more than that Edit: it’s been more than a year now, I’m living my best life and it was all thanks to truly love myself. I'm just going to feel it until I can't anymore. I cried for like 2-3 weeks and then forgot it. Fast forward like a year later I was like ohhh??? one day I literally woke up, didn't think about them, and just resumed life as normal.

Today marks exactly 1 month and 1 day since the break-up, and here's my update. The beginning was tough, I felt lost and lonely. Since day one, I started journaling and kept believing that one day I'd feel better. I let my emotions flow freely, crying when needed and allowing myself to be angry. I also started meditating occasionally when I felt like my thoughts became too overwhelming. I made sure to go out of the house at least once every day because I know it's good for me personally, even if it was just for a walk or a trip to the supermarket. I met up with friends from time to time and visited family, even when I felt like complete shit while being with them. I preferred that to being home all the time. Suddenly, after sleepless nights, there came the first small moment when I didn't think about it at all. That's when I realized things were getting better. And it has been improving since then. Today, I can say that I'm doing well. I still feel a bit down in the mornings, but once I start my day and start doing my thing, that feeling fades away. I wouldn't say I'm completely over it, but it no longer dominates my daily spirit. I've reflected on the situation and learned more about myself and how to approach certain things differently in the future. I've set new goals for myself and I'm actively exploring and discovering more about who I am. I look forward to a bright future, and I hope the same for all of you. Remember, everything will be alright, just don't give up :)

@@Zuriii03 I'll give you an update once more :) I think it's been almost 5 months since the breakup. I've been believing every day that I'll eventually feel better, and it happened. I think after 2 months I actually got over it, and I'm genuinely doing great. I've built a pretty busy life for myself, made lots of new friends, and I am putting a lot of energy to my education. Occasionally, I still run into my ex since we share mutual friends and attend lectures on the same campus. But, encountering him doesn't stir any emotions.I don't feel sad or angry. I'm completely at peace with the situation, and I don't find myself thinking about or missing him at all. Keep going you're doing amazing. Stay focused on your goals and on what brings you happiness, and you'll reach where you want to be :)

Inshallah everyone realizes there is SO MUCH more to life than the person who “broke” our heart. I’m finally on the other side, but just know healing is a consistency thing and you WILL HEAL. every circumstance and characteristic of ur life is SUITED for your souls purpose. Our souls CHOSE to undertake this physical experience in order to heal itself. As Liz once said “we’re SUPPOSED to be getting our heart broken and learning”. Do life in wisdom, love, and joy. 💋💋And stop worrying about the “symbols” in the 3D. Before manifesting anything make sure ur manifesting good mental health, living life in connection to the true reality/soul, because what material/sp will matter if ur not feeling the source of what ur really chasing such as stability, safety, health, comfort

I had about 34 jobs in my life and I’m in my late thirties. I now had latest job over 2 years, and make decent money part time, low stress, debt free and successful. I could be making a little more money at least and plan to later. I am a walking, talking failure. But I still made it. Most of my family (not all) still think I’m a deadbeat bum loser. Everyday I’m getting closer to owning my place though. And my few friends believe in me.

I was once In a really dark place after a breakup from a “situationship”. And even though I needed to heal, I knew that I couldn’t lose anymore self respect and break no contact… So, I told myself: They don’t need to listem to you pour out your heart and get a reply from them, all you truly need to move on Is to be able to forgive yourself for having allowed that person Into your life and going through that. And that changed my perception of getting attached to situations that don’t necessarily end with closure

Right now, it’s nearly 3 weeks but I’m doing really better than I was before. i was in this situationship a year ago and i genuinely liked him and thought he felt the same. he would tell me sweet things all the time while we were texting and would make me feel like the only girl in the world. however, he wouldn’t start any conversations with me irl and would walk past me like i didn’t exist. it hurt me yes, but i pushed it to the side bc of excuses i made for him. then one day, he told me he was talking to other girls the entire time when i thought i was the only one. it hurt so much, but i knew that the best thing for myself was to leave so i did. i erased every part of him from my phone, social media, etc. the next few months after that were full of healing and it wasn’t easy. sometimes i still think about it but it’s not like before. i take it as a lesson. now a year later, im in a much better place. im focusing on my education, going to the gym, eating better, and spending more time with loved ones without worrying about a boy. i’m grateful for the lesson that situation taught me :)

Honestly, every single thing in this video is so true. I've been going through a heartbreak (the 2nd one this year lol) and I think that it's important we keep doing bare minimum things while going through pain. I don't fight the pain anymore; I'm giving up being ashamed of it. What I do now is keep my workout/work/study/hobby routine *in spite of* it. Happiness and pain, nothing is permanent. There's that David Bowie song what says "turn and face the strange". It's easy to keep healthy, consistent habits and a positive outlook on life when everything's ok. Challenge comes when everything is falling apart. Focus that you're still here, you're still alive and breathing. What I'd say is the bare minimum - exercise and eat well. Even if you're not able to do anything else during this period of pain. As time goes by, start adding more and more - creative hobbies, breathwork, cold showers. You'll get there. And I'll be here cheering for you (and for myself as well) every step of the way :) We'll get through this!

Liz, I want you to know you are really helping me during a hard time. MY ex fiance broke up with me, been together 8 years. Your videos give me hope that I can be stronger than I once was and one day I can move on. I watched one of your videos when it first happened, its been a month so far and I've gone to the gym, did a new activity like yoga, and starting to get my life together ie. working, school. Baby steps but I feel like I'm slowly gaining back parts of me that I lost in the relationship. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. We all need people like you that help us get up and live life when we didn't know we could again! ❤

my boyfriend broke up w me monday and i truly thought he was the one. I wasn’t accepting that I needed mental help throughout our relationship and he wasn’t as ready for a relationship as he thought he was, especially with somebody battling bpd. but honestly this week i’ve connected w the true friends that have stuck w me through this and after letting out all the hurt I can say this is probably the best for both of us. I’m going to my home country on vacation most of March and I think w this new positive mindset and finally reaching out to a therapist and practicing dbt and using your advice will heal me :) THE BEST REVENGE IS CREATING A BETTER LIFE FOR YOURSELF! i love u liz thank u for everything
