that was such a cool penflinger play. makes me think that a quest warlock with that and goose could end games pretty quick. would suck if you drew maly early but still

@@kingbling7571 You use Penflinger and Darkglare to get extra mana to use with Malygos I guess. You could burst people with cards like Soulfire, Nether Breath, and Rain of Fire. It doesn't sound great, but it sounds fun.

@@EebstertheGreat i would rather pokelt into draw 0 mana maly for the combo, or just play druid to turn 9 otk with the new legendary anyways haha

@@kingbling7571 Half the time, you will draw Malygos before Pokelt and have to concede. That doesn't sound like a great deck either.

@@EebstertheGreat you have 2 chances with the card tht shuffles cards into you deck and redraws. Plus maly isnt the only wincon for that deck. It can deal a lot of burn without maly too and with power turns

It's already plenty crazy in Wild. Turn 5 boards threatening 32 damage + Loatheb on all your removal.

Sudokulock is super common in wild right now and they're the reason I hit legend this season so easily after not playing HS for half a year. They hurt themselves so much that a Gorehowl I tech in Odd warrior list usually get me lethal by turn 7. Odd warrior is very strong against them (almost 100% WR against them) and is a very solid deck in wild meta right now.

Dont think so. When enemy minions have drattle it usually gives hex/morph. Even when its a stupid drattle. Wouldnt be surprised if it was hex/mc/tempo play.

@@CaioOleskovicz My understanding is that it tries to evaluate the strength of the deathrattle by subtracting the minion's statline from its manacost. So for instance, a 6 mana 2/2 with deathrattle probably has a really powerful deathrattle, while a 3 mana 3/4 with deathrattle probably has a deathrattle that is nearly worthless. So a 9 mana 9/9 won't seem like such an important deathrattle to stop. I'm not totally sure about that though.

Just boops the one you use it on, and any in hands or decks. But the deathrattle goes off after, so the respawn is safe.

@@King_Nipper how about cards like Rin which required you to dump 36 mana to have an effect or golden monkey which you needed to draw 3 times to have an effect, I'm sure rattlegore is faster than them since its immidiate threat on board. Sorry for bad english btw.

Rin was a 6 mana taunt that immediately affected the board state. Elise Starseeker was a 4 mana 3/5 to fight for the board early. Slow cards are ones that make little to no impact on the game state for the opponent until several turns later. Rin wasn't strong, but being a taunt is fast. Elise isn't fast, but can come out in the early game. Rattlegore has neither of those advantages. It is equivalent to Turn 9 pass against various decks. I'm just glad we can have a turn 9 pass and not instantly lose the game.

Everyone thinks the self-harm warlock is cool now, but all that mana cheating is gonna get old fast. Once it gets optimised, it'll be one of the most hated decks.
