Day9 has the BEST reactions to the cards of all HS players. Everyone else is painfully boring in comparison.

Wait did I miss something? People didn't expect that Jade decks will be one of the rulers of the Gadgetzan meta when it went live? I though literally everyone expected that and knew that. I am not even an expert or smart player at all but when the jade card particularly the Jade idol was revealed my reaction was "Okay, the meta is DONE, it is DONE, it's OVER." I admit did not expect pirates to reign supreme but how could anyone "NOT expect" the Jade armies to rise to power? The jade decks are similar to C'thun decks, they literally play themselves automatically and their value increases almost exponentially as the game goes on with no possible counters to them besides aggro.

So Day9 basically predicted pirate cancer in the MSG card review...

Can't figure out why i suck at this game so bad. I've made it to Rank 14 but keep getting stuck at 15. I'm play a couple of budget decks without the legendaries.. Pirate warrior, Jade/Ele shaman, Face Beast Hunter, Jade Druid.. i just keep getting owned by similar decks, and of course the really elite decks. Guess its just me

his argument against jungle giants doesn't make any sense, half the time he has nothing to spend his first turn mana on because he goes first, no coin wild growth. The quest should be an insta-include for any ramp deck. Even if you don;t PLAY it on turn one because you got innervate jadeblossom/whatever, you can still play it long before you play any minions.

Cards being bad hasn't stopped me from playing them before.

I love the honesty of Sean, contrary to arrogant players like, say, Kripparian, who think they're so awesome they know everything before it happens. Ofcourse you don't know yet what the exact effect of every card will be on the meta.
