To get her, you need to use a decision (before the hindenburg crash) while non-alligned as Germany with +99 relations with the UK. If they accept, an event can trigger, that kills the entire house of Hohenzollern and princess Victoria will become Empress, allowing you to form the HRE. I'm gonna try it RIGHT NOW!

i actually made the united netherlands, as netherland, sense that's the achivement, it was actually kind of interesting cause belgium gave me a littel trouble at first but after i got their african holdings i actually spent most of the time just working on annexing the east indies while my surviving armies sat in africa

Honestly, I kind of wish you had shown each separately, instead of building on the previous nation. It would be better for seeing the nation you actually create, instead of seeing Mutapa as the entirety of Africa and a large portion of Europe.

To form the austro-hungarian empire you don't actually need to start as either austria or czechoslovakia, but rather when you annex them via focus as hungary, you gain the ability to create it.

Spiff I know this video is old but I gotta say it anyways. The Byzantines weren't fake Romans. The Byzantine Empire was really just the Eastern Roman empire, and that ws just the Roman empire. At some point, the Roman Empire was split in two, but it was still officially just the Roman Empire, it just happened to have two regional top leaders. When the Western Roman empire fell, the Eastern Roman empire didn't start going by some other name, it was just the Roman Empire. It stayed Roman in culture and name for a milenia, and when surveyed, most of the population identified as Roman. In fact, we didn't even start calling them the Byzantines until the 1500s, a century after they had fallen. That's like if you went as Steve all your life, lost an arm, and then everyone decided to call you Gerard when talking about you after the accident. Even worse, we only started calling them the Byzantines because the HRE were like "well we're Roman and people would think we're not the real Romans if they're the real Romans since we were established while they were alive" and started calling it the Byzantine Empire. So what happened would actually be like if you were Steve, lost your arm, and then someone had stolen your name while you were alive and had one fewer arms, and then started calling you Alan so that everyone would bekieve he was the real Steve.

i would change up few things .. for example i dont see how Czechoslovakia would seek to restore Austro-Hungarian Empire when they were fighting against it in war for independence. There should be idea to form sort of "Czecho-Slovak Empire" or something like that , but forming Austro-Hungary as Czechoslovakia is just unreal.

To form Rattanakosin Kingdom (ราชอาณาจักรรัตนโกสินทร์) is one of the most impossible challenge as hard as Roman, Because you need to take 3 states by declared war with France... But Siam only have 5 Division and can't be more than 40 division due to the population that's only 18 millions... and very poor Naval and Air forces... It's also impossible to naval invasion with France... It's quite a big challenge and I looking forward for you to do it.

for the HRE, Netherlands needs to reject the return of the kaiser, then you take a bunch of decisions allowing women to take the throne, the Hindenburg needs to survive, then you need to take Alliance with the shade and get Britain to formally restore your titles, you don't send your whole royal family because the Hindenburg goes boom the 2nd time, that's how Princess Victoria becomes Kaiserin Victoria I
