The weapons each of those people had in the "K-Pop alley" are actual weapons of the champions: Azir, Jinx, Camille, Draven, and Vi. The song playing when he enters the stage is "Legends never die" by Against The Current; the 2017 Worlds theme song. The character that came on stage with the sword is Leona :) He did her ultimate. Thanks for watching it even though it was just for NJ.

I haven’t seen many ppl talk about it, but about the RISE part, it was teased by Telle & Mako on Twitter in October, Mako was going through his old RIOT files where he’d do orchestral versions of all the Riot songs he’s written & demo’d just for himself & shared some & Telle couldn’t get over it & went crazy for the RISE orchestral one mako put on twitter

Legends never die the first song is the 2017 worlds anthem one of the best worlds anthem ever. The one bobby performed in is where rise where originally performed in 2018 with kda.

Love your reaction. You recognized Baekhyun's voice immediately. League of Legends has also made a song Legends Never Die that was the tune that was playing in the background at the beginning. It's an epic tune. A South Korean group of 4 members has also sung that song. Try listening to Forestella - Legends Never Die. ❤‍🔥

Baekhyun was chosen by Riot Game, knowing his the kpop superstar. Since T1 (the Faker), won, they sould include Baekhyun and Changmo to that performance of the RUNNER with T1 (Faker). Anyways 5his is Baekhyun's 5th debutes: 1. EXO, 2. CBX, 3. SOLO, 4. Super M and 5. Heartsteel😊. No wonder Baekhyun isn't just the riches idol in EXO but in kpop industry, not to mention, he is also the #1" soloist in kpop by sell8ng million Album twice that none 8n kpop does but Baekhyun!

all the weaponds you see are in the game (they are from various characters). the songs you hear in this performance are former worlds songs as well. I recommend you give them a listen and also some other songs that, like heartsteel were used to introduce story lines, skins in the game or new characters. the animation is always different and fire also: the message in the pc in the beggining "pick up your weapond and face it" it's from the song Rize

Legends Never Die was written for the 2017 League of Legends World Championships. :) It was indeed epic, and you should check it out along with the Forestella competition for Immortal Songs. :) This years' song tells the story of Deft and Faker, and the long hard climbs to victory. T1 and Faker are again the World Champions for 2023.

I have to recommend the 2019 Worlds Opening with G Idle Soyeon, Keke Palmer, Becky G, Thutmose and Duckwrth. The special effects and stage set up were even crazier and more creative than this

2019 was a crazy performance. I think it was a blessing and a curse for them. A blessing because it is definitely the most popular, but a curse because every other opening since then has been lackluster compared to that year.

@@TMC_TimeLine 2024 they could do something similar as it is in the London 02 which is a smaller arena rather than a stadium, so they can bring back the screens they used. Not sure if they can produce a trifecta of songs as good as Awaken, Pheonix and Giants though.

@@DoctorNerf yeah I hope so. A lot of people wanted it to be in a bigger stadium but I personally am 100% for smaller venues. To me, the larger stadiums are WAY too much work and way too expensive to fully utilize the space they get. That's why I got the feeling that this opening felt very empty. The 2019 opening was perfect and they fully utilized the whole space, form the main stage, to the side parts to even the entrance for the into of awaken.
